The selection took place in Italy, Rimini at the SIGEP, January 24th. 10 candidates participated, 3 have been selected for representing Italy to the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
Two brothers: Marcello and Francesco Boccia for the sugar and chocolate category and Riccardo Patalani for the ice category.
Good luck to this new trio that will fight to achieve the first step of the podium!
